Evsen Catering is the vision of chef Mehmet Evsen: to bring restaurant-quality food to people’s most special moments, in their own spaces. That is why we don’t just cook. We believe every event has its own story, and we build the menu around it.
We prepare much-loved Turkish dishes with care, especially grilled kebabs and shish skewers, homemade doner and fresh salads. We choose our ingredients carefully and handle every step ourselves, from chopping and marinating to cooking.
